James Watson retires after racist remarks

James Watson, the Nobel Prize wining scientist who basically said that black folks are inferior, retired today as chancellor of the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in Long Island - and says something else that can be perceived as controversial.

From the New York Times:

He also referred to his Scots and Irish forebears, saying their lives were guided by faith in reason and social justice, “especially the need for those on top to help care for the less fortunate.”

Hmm… sounds like he is alluding to the “White Man’s Burden“.

His retirement comes on the heels of the uproar resulting from his black inferiority comments, which are not new by no means.

    This is a crying shame…
Not because of the statements but because his and all statements of this nature go unchallenged by true academic methodology.

I’d be curious to see who is cataloging the monumental blunders our so called master race has been racking up?
I am not going to say one group is smarter than the other but I do feel obligated to point out that many of the so called civilized advances Nobel laureates take credit for have been big No No’s

You’d be surprised how many Scientists are responsible for poisoning the earth.

The most brilliant but stupid thing I’ve seen yet is infusing meats with carbon monoxide so that Oxygen cannot enter the meat and reveal that it is decaying.
This is done purposely to make food “APPEAR” fresh when it isn’t.
Besides the deceptive poisoning of our food sources with additives and numerous other addictive drugs and so called advances that have given birth to cancers. We have our ever popular media machines that teach us to buy thousands of unneccesary things that come in so called diposable containers.

All I know is that Aboriginal farmers hardly ever think about getting hit by cars.
    Their cholesterol,
    Lead poison in their toys
or bequeathing anything but the skill to toil the earth to their children as oppose to our so called civilzed superiors who have poisoned the water poisoned the Earth squandered our prosperity and still call us stupid.
It is more tragic than anything else that our Science fiction stories are called fiction when we show people who have developed a balance between themselves the land and the universe.
Should not stories of this nature be adopted as doctrines?
Should not the adoption of these principles be an oath sworn at graduate schools of science?

Call me country if you want but all I know about science is If you dig a whole you must fill it.
-Write your doctorate on unifying mankind
    -Terraform a barren moon
-Develop an asteroid farming and mining plan to stave off the impact of an earth crossing asteroid. And while you are at it fix all the shit you broke! Clean up your mess.
These Dorks don’t seem to be handing out awards to people who solve problems only people who point them out.
Hey maybe I’ll be nominated this year?

His antiquated ass has thought this way more than likely forever, taught by his parents and peers. He’s made remarks like this before. He was going to retire anyway, probably has a position waiting for him at the white house or as a writer for some of the supreme court justices, especially clarence thomas and that exceptionally racist thing from New Jersey, cheneys personal friend and hunting buddy.

Got something to say?
